Hotel Bestur is located about three blocks down the hill from Beyazit square. The location is really central to all of the sites and shopping. It is also an 8 minute walk to Istanbul University. There is a train stop at the top of the hill which takes you all over the city and surrounding areas. The location is really worth it and not very hard to walk to. It is sandwiched between shops selling purses and clothes so look out for the dining balcony on the first floor about half way down the stre.
所有评语 » I was there for 6 nights together with my husband and from the very first moment we stepped in we have been received and treated with the higher standard you could think of. The staff is exquisite, polite, helpful, friendly and most of all they make you feel like you are among friends rather then being in a hotel. The hotel is very clean and well organized by the staff. Our room was very nice, not that big but with everything you might need and also "air con" is installed throughtout the hotel. It was very close to the bazar and 1 km or so from the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. I could walk from the hotel to the tourist sites and along the way got to see nice shop. On coming back, it was also very easy to take the tram. It was also in a good environment since I was a solo female traveller. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of Bestur hotel is great. Unfortunately we couldn't find the name of the street on 2 maps, but anyway it was easy to get from the Ataturk airport even by metro and tram (about 40-50 min). Also I would like to mention that stuff was very friendly and ready to answer any questions.Staff very friendly and helpful. Great Chef serving very tasty Breakfast . Nice terrace and lounge with TV and Coffee and vending machines. Rooms clean with TV..Wi-Fi and toiletries. Lift to all floors . Staff very helpful Clean Trusted. Great location, great stuff. Very friendly staff. i love the view from the window and reception... rooms are clean and i love the break-fast serving. i love the hot and cold water, running from the bathroom. Staffs are very good. I like so much the staff, they was very kindly and helpful. The Breakfast was alright and the room was fine as weel, specially for the price. its close to Blue Mosque....shops and everything; love it. amplasament. Tiny wardrobe with 2 hangers in twin room. The smell of dampness from the bathroom. good value for money. No power point in the room No table and chair in the room. Bathroom is quite strange. There is no ventilation and shower cabin. So the floor is always wet. unblock an advance from a credit card. only 1person can speak english which is not good. none of the rooms have WIFI except the reception area which is totally unfair. its lie which the hotel should change from their website. 2bedroom size is very small for twoo person. the shower pipe was not working which the water was going slowly. the Hotel left and stairs are very small which 2person cant fit properly. next time, i will not go to this hotel. the hotel cant get me a taxi... which i had to find myself. Unfortunately the rate between 0-10 I should give to than 8 no more the this. No about the staff, but the bathroom cleanness was very bad and disgusting. The problem is, the bathroom doesn't have any kind of ventilation and become so much mold and smelling very bad. - no wifi; in rooms - small rooms - wardrobe is small which not for 2person - rooms and environment is not worth the money. - no inside restaurant;. problems with water in the morning and in the evening at 5th floor.
