The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to accomodate us. One day, we had to leave the hotel at 4:30 in the morning to go on a day trip, and they had coffee and bread ready for us even though breakfast isn't served until 7:30 am. The breakfast was not spectacular, but is good enough to get going and get the day started, we would usually end up eating an early lunch. They also can organize a shuttle to the airport at 10tl per person (about 5 dollars) which was.
所有评语 » The staff was extremely friendly which has made the experience memorable!! The facilities/rooms aren't luxurious and may seem a bit outdated in a first look, but then you realize the rooms furniture and bathroom seem to have been recently renovated. Walking distance to Sultahmet district and around 50m away from tram way in a very quiet street that makes it great for a silence night of sleep. Definitely recommend it!. great location just next to the old city Instanbul. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. We arrived in the morning before our reserved room was ready so they offered us an immediately available room in another property a block away. This was a large room in a flat, and was very nice and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. The facilities were extremely well kept: the room and bathroom was clean and well appointed. The location is convenient to the Olc City and the major sights, including the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica, Grand Bazaar, etc. it was also very quiet at night. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good location , every detail is considered to comfort customer although it is a small hotel. Ideállní location due to local traffic, near the tram t1 Sirkeci. The main sights can be reached on foot. A small hotel with only 10 rooms, the room was spacious enough, regular cleaning. The pillow was too high for my personal taste ( I ended up using a rolled up towel two nights) but this is just my personal taste and I am sure that if I would have asked they would have resolved this. The breakfast is very simple, but it's enough!. The dining area is very small, so arrive early for breakfast in case you have to wait for a table. The food was very good. The beds could have been slightly more comfortable. The location is no the best for nightlife and retauarants, which are primarily on the other side of the Galata Bridge. However, cabs are extremely inexpensive so it will only cost 10-15 TL to get back to the hotel from the other side. Really nothing. Lack of fruit at breakfast, for breakfast only instant or Turkish coffee, espresso missing. Mold on the ceiling in the hallway bathroom. nothing. Nothing. WiFi could be a little stronger on the fourth floor. Not happy about the misunderstanding on the arrangement to pick us up at the airport on our arrival and the fact that I needed to pay 25 E for the transport. Nothing I didn't like all good. Nothing.. We found the hair dryer is not working at first night. They don't have a backup dryer until next day. My hair is wet all night, very uncomfortable. They should check all facility works fine before guest check-in. Entrance. Nothing. Breakfast was poor and not fresh. Lack of city maps. The ac was not really sized for the family . If you use the washing machine you will have trouble drying your laundary as there is no place to hang it. It is an Ok hotel and I feel it is been over rated in letsbookhotel.com. However I have to admit that I didnt stay in the main hotel but in the family room that is around 100 meters away. The rooms need renovation (especially bathroom which is terrible). Poor breakfast unlike other turkish hotels. We ordered a transfer from the airport but it didn't come. Some rooms look to the street and others to the backyard and fire escape. very basic facilities and decor. had no hot water in morning...very basic room...no coffee maker in room.
