Everything about Aslan Apartments is great; staff courteous and attentive; super position, close to T1 tram, the lifeline for all tourist and shopping attractions. Lots of supermarkets and corner stores. We bought meat from the local butcher. Very clean and comfortable spacious accommodation. The view is awesome - wow, the sun setting over the Marmara sea is special. We bought take-away cooked food from a nearby Turkish restaurant and a bottle of local wine and blissed out on our balcony. .
所有评语 » Everything was OK. Aslan and his wife Gulnar were very hospitable and helpful. Everything what you see on the Apartment pictures on the internet is true. Family Suite with Sea View was with a small balcony, we drank our morning coffee on the balcony and looked to the Marmara see and ships - it was beautiful view. Aslan offers a transfer from/to the airport, it is better if you take the transfer then the taxi, because Satir Sokak street is small and for taxi drivers it is difficult to find. For. Where can I start. After travelling for 2 months and staying in variety of accommodations, Aslan was a complete breath of fresh air. He greeted us on arrival, organised transfer from airport and had prepared notes, maps and information all about Istanbul for us on arrival. We were 4 travellers but the apartment was huge, enough for 8-9 people. Facilities were great and if we ever had any problems Aslan was only a phone call away. Everything was perfect and I couldn't recommend his apartments mo. Excellent email communication and answering of mobile phone when called. Cannot fault the place and although I am still in Istanbul I would stay there at a drop of a hat again. Get ready for exercise with the stairs. It ıs close to Sultanahmet and Çemberlıtaş. The view on the Penthouse Suite Apartment was to die for and I preferred sleepıng on that bed to the real bed inside. Aır conditıoning on the balcony and ınsıde the room worked really well. There ıs no lıft ın thıs property so you wıll. Everything was more than wonderful, the apartment was very clean, quiet, and fully equipped with supplies. It had a spectacular view from the balcony. Aslan and Gulnar were extremely helpful and kind. The building is located within very short walking distance to the main sights (Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.), Food shopping and restaurants around the corner.I can't recommend it enough! It was perfect for us (a family of 5). Everything - from the view, the staff(who helped carry our luggage up the stairs) and the location. Apartment is clean, fully equipped, well maintained and close to a shop where you can buy ingredient to make your own breakfast/meals. Within walking distance to Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace and Grand Bazaar. Tried one of the restaurant recommended by Aslan and it was superb!. Almost everything....the location, the apartment facilities including kitchen stove, washing machine, fridge, aircond/heater, hot water etc. it is also just a walking distance to groceries shop, money changer,nearby tram station , most of the historical and interesting places and also easy to get a taxi. Most of all, it's easy to deal with Aslan. Location just a few minutes walk from attractions, restaurants, tramline. Apt had everything we needed with a nice wee balcony and a view of sea. Felt very safe. Aslan kept in touch after we had booked, explained costs clearly went out of his way to help and everthing went to plan resulting in us having a fantastic few days . The apartments, although hard for taxi's and touring companies to find, is ideally situated for exploring the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and old part of Istanbul area. The owners were very helpful arranging tours etc and with any queries. Loved travelling on the hop on hop off bus. Much better than expected, exceptionally good facilities, immaculately clean. Fantastic warm welcome and really helpful. Good sea view and perfect location for all mayor sites and shopping. Modern furniture design, top end Ikea style with soft mathcing colour schemes. Aslan apartments far exceeded our expectations. In a great area close to Sultanamet square, restaurants, bars, shopping. The apartment was well set out and had everything we needed. - wonderful place and we had a fantastic stay. The apartment is very well kept, comfortable and very clean. The service by Mr Aslan is excellent and he is a very thoughtful host. The apartment is well located, close to many key places and tram station. Great view and great location. Comfortable and clean. Fully furnished. Full Kitchen. Two A/C units. Very friendly and responsive owners/staff. Good interior. Well equiped apartment with sufficient facilities. Very cooperative, responsive of Mr Aslan in addressing issues. apartment was great. need a little maintenance. view was excellent. 1st class thinking. little hilly for families. Overall, everything I like about Aslan Apartment, I.E. bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc. Apartment owners were very friendly and helpful. Very clean apartment with a nice city view. Apartment more than wonderful .... and excellent services. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (partıcularly early morning) but Gulnur promptly got someone to put something down the shower drain which fıxed it. All the place needs is a full length mirror so that you can see what you look like before you go out and head up the short hill journey whıch ıs great for exercısıng the legs and calves. Nothing, it was great. Nothing. The only problem was the noise factor in the apartments. There is a factory/workshop next door with people working till 04h00 and partying away during the night. Also with the riots in Istanbul the only area we did not go into was Taksim Square. Nothing. The stairs. It wasn't too much of a problem for us and when we got to the top and saw the view from the apartment, it was worth it. People with health or leg problems would find the stairs hard going. Was not a problem for us but it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Stairs were narrow and dangerous specially with young children. Absence of lift makes it a bit difficult to carry baggage upstairs with narrow steps. Need to improve on the collection of the rubbish. A narrow street.
