  Great location to discover the town and it's sino-portugese architecture in particular. Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and polite. Nice little café in the hotel and outdoor pool. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. Also I arrived early in the day - they held my bag for me till my room was ready and gave me a map and a quick run down on what there was to see & do in the area.

  We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town... 别人怎么说 » and this stop was only for one night and a good base to transfer early next day. The breakfast was welcomed and service was good. - The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
