  Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up.   I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. This is one of 7 hotels we will have stayed in by the end of our trip and the most expensive of the lot. In saying that it is still reasonable in terms of what we would pay at home for hotels. The beach, the view - This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10 month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone (even though it is just a 5 minute walk.   We book just for 2 days but there we added more days because the placeis amazing. The hotel is not new but the facilities are comfortable andclean. The price is very good. - Very relaxing

  2nd visit to this Hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Stayed in the main accomodation block with a pool view room, rooms clean, tidy & comfortable. Last time we stopped we had issues with 1 member of ... 别人怎么说 » the reception staff being very rude & unhelpful, but this time it was the complete opposite, in fact 1 of the staff (unfortunately i didn't get he - We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in the hotel for the full time on phi phi. We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away. The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.

  We found previous reviews hilarious when we got here: *People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill! *Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. If you want 5-star PAY 5-star prices! If you go wit - Free WiFi (room 205 could still connect from free WiFi in reception!), free breakfast and location. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. We liked the location as it was close to the action but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet if you wish - perfect! Especially loved the generous balcony with loungers, table and chairs.   Transfer from Ton Sai pier to hotel reception (and back) by longtail boat, nice clean beach, big beautiful territory with pool, nice bungalows with balcony, tasty breakfasts with wide variety of meals, restaurant on the beach - Hotel Location is nice.   Loved the location and the outdoors facilities: massages, reception (with newspapers and magazines) the beds at the sea, the lovely garden. Breakfast was excellent as well: proper bread (real croissants!!), well cooked eggs, a good choice between muesli etc and fresh orange/mandarin juice.   We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. They collected us from the pier as it is a walk (5 minutes) to the hotel a staff member extremely friendly insisted on taking our luggage ( 2 suticases weighing more than 50kg in 36degrees... 别人怎么说 » ). When we arrived at 11 we were told check in is at 2 which we knew but were told to pop back at 12 and they'll do their best and at 12 on the dot it - Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything, its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches. Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport cost

  This place is great- the air con was on for us when we arrived, the room had big windows looking out to the water. Staff had welcome drinks on arrival. If you've come to Phi Phi Island for a getaway, you might like to know that it's not the relaxing island you thought.. there is loud music that blares across the water until 4am (can be heard in th... 别人怎么说 » e room) So we were surprised, amused, felt a little old, but enjoyed it for what it was. If you WANT to be a part of the party scene then it's a great - For Phi Phi this is a nice place without spending $200 USD a night. Its a pretty view of Phi Phi Don and was kinda nice hiking out each evening and morning. Also they take you over after being greeted at the pier in a little boat which saves the wheelbarrow taxi (yes there are no cars or scooters.. Enjoy!) and return you to the pier free of charge. Overall its modern for Phi Phi and my gf and I really liked it. ***Not for anyone with kids or elderly/ disabled.

So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!

  Amazing beach, food, friendly staff, close to everything you need, long boats to rest of island - the staff was very lovely, very friendly with my son and would give him treats and play with him. the breakfast area is right on the beach and a pleasure to eat with the sounds of the water.
