  The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough.   The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms are huge (we stayed in the Queen room), clean, have 2 toilets, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family, which we enjoyed.   The appartment we got (which was described as a studio ) was very spacious and clean. Very close to all atractions but in a quite street. Only one thing, if you are coming with the airport bus from bkk you need a taxi to reach the place and the drivers have difficulties finding the address.   I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars. I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya.
