  The staffs there were very very friendly , especially the Thai lady sitting at the counter . She and the Italian boss helped us to rent some bikes and even bring us to some places we do not know . Helped us called our island tour agency for arrangements, arranged for motorcycle rental, maps etc. Even allowed us a room for shower & change after we came back from our island tour (after we've checked out in the morning before we left). Very friendly staff. Super value. We booked 3 nights but ended up staying 8 nights! There is some construction going on next door, but that is not their fault. We managed to sleep until lunch every day, despite the noise. To stay in this hotel you should be able to drive a scooter. With a scooter it is only 5 minutes to Patong centre.

For the hot weather in Puket, we have to wash clothes everyday but find there are not enough hangers. But we are so surprised to see more hangers appear in our room even we do not ask for. We really appreciate ... 别人怎么说 » the good service and kindly staff during the past 5 days in Neeraja Guesthouse although the cost is so cheap. - For the price, you get a spacious room with a big double bed, attached bathroom,towels, tv, aircon which is a superb deal for expensive Patong beach. I was also pleasantly surprised that the guesthouse performed daily housekeeping and are an honest bunch. (We left some valuable lying around and housekeeping tidied them up for us with everything intact). The owners are also very prompt to respond to bookings and accommodating to late check ins.
