  The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite.
