The staff were amazing.Friendly and very approachable. The rooms were cleaned on daily basis, new towels were placed in different forms every day. Bottle of water replenished as well. Breakfast was well presented and fresh ingredients used. Just chilling by the pool, give you feeling you are in a friend's house not in a hotel. Very cosy, new boutique hotel. will recommend it to everyone. Close to the beach and Bangla road. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.
所有评语 » Really enjoyed our stay here. We booked the wrong date and when we turned up a day early they did everything they could to accommodate us. Also on the day we checked out they allowed us to use a room for showering after we had been at the beach for no charge. Nice modern rooms!. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are extremely clean and well furnished. Location is perfect, right behind from the busy streets and only 5 min on the motorbike to the front beach. Loved it. Very nice hotel with amazing friendly staffs! The rooms are well designed,comfortable and quiet! All the things are new! 25 mins walk to the beach and 20mins to the shopping center. Everything was new and clean. The staff friendly, polite and really helpful!! A good choice for a relaxing holiday!. Pool area not big enough to use, for the price, I think a breakfast should be included, when we stayed the hotel had only been open for 5 days, so everything was incomplete, so some small building work was still going on during the daytime, and staff not yet up to speed, but all of the above did not cause any problems, as the room was of such good quality. far from trade area. They need to clean the room and corridor better.. Swimmingpool is just a big thub for children. The whole experience was absolutely terrible, would not recommend to any one else and would not consider myself or family members to accommodate. The whole time we stayed there was absolutely shocking, starting from breakfast till night having the rooms being cleaned.
