Felt like home away from home. It's a family run business. Nid and
family have ensured high quality of service and take extra care to make
your stay pleasant, comfortable and convenient to the extent possible.
The premises and rooms are very clean and well kept. Location is quite
good with the beach very close and key locations like bangla and
Jungceylon mall within 10-12 minutes walking distance. Also, convenience
stores like citymart and 7-11 just around the corner. Another point to

The Sparkling cleanliness of the hotel the most, next helpful and
friendly receptionist Nid.I Booked this hotel only based on the reviews
on letsbookhotel.com and it didn't disappoint me. All the arrangements and
tour trips are arranged promptly as I requested.I Certainly recommend
this hotel to others, We Walked down to Kalim beach with kids, and
Jungceylon is 15 min walk away from the hotel. Very quiet, Bath rooms,
beds, linen are so clean. Liked our stay....
1. First impression when you enter the hotel premises for the first time is friendly atmosphere
2. One stop destination for all my vacation (tour bookings, information, anything)
3. Nid and the staff present were extremely helpful at all the times
4. Very neat and tidy

Nice family hotel, suitably situated in the centre a few metres from the main street but still quiet. The rooms and the entire hotel are incredibly clean and airy. The owners as well as the staff are very kind and helpful.
Plus: clean hotel, locality, the owner speaks English on above-average level regarding the local standard.

酒店老板十分体帖，入住前会电邮问是否需要帮忙预订接机，我们没有找到摩托出租点，帮我们搞定，非常热心告诉我们附近景点，酒店很干净，离海滩5分钟步行距离，离江西冷十二分钟步行距离。
The manager is very sweet and considerate，he will ask very politely whether you need airport pickup or motor rental service，the hotel is 5min to the beach and within 12min to the shoppingmall.
The service was excellent. Also, the breakfast was good, not just typical toast and coffee/tea. It was freshly made in the morning. The rooms are modern and very clean. The distance to the beach is within walking distance.
The hotel has a good location with an easy access to Patong's main street, and it is quite and convinent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free wifi are available and the hotel offer basic breakfast.
The refreshing atmosphere inside of a tourist area. The cleanness and friendliness impressed me a lot. Although, this is not a luxury kind of room, but it can serve all your needs on the trip.

It's a privatley owned very clean and friendly accomodation at a very good price with good location (quiet but close to beach/nightlife).
The location is perfect, you can go shopping, beach, tours, small markets as family mart and 7 eleven are very near and open 24 hours..
Stuff are super friendly and helpful. They also provide motorbike renting service with reasonable price. Super clear hostel.

The guest house does not have a lift. Something to bear in mind if you
get a room allocated on the top floor (3rd) and are carrying heavy
luggage. The staff can assist if required, so not much of a worry.
-Had a hard time to unlock the digital safe. -Found few cockroaches in
the wardrobe, I Hate those creatures. -No lift, and we were given a room
in 3rd floor, but we enjoyed climbing stairs.... -Bed is a bit hard but
not a big deal, after your tiring day you will fall asleep in few
minutes. -.
Minus: very simple and poor breakfasts. We spent here six nights and had the same breakfast every day. Maybe we should have asked for something else but the toast and eggs
In the bathroom there is a water-heater only in the shower and so just cold is available when using washbasin. When you need to wash your hands with the soap you have to lean into the shower bath which sucks.

Bed is not soft enough.
Although I only had breakfast once during my stay, I felt the choices of the food is not rich. However, the breafast is very healthy and comfortable to eat.
The food and different facilities are poor, so go if you wan't to spend the time mostly out of the hotel.
There was no lift it was very difficult for us to carry our baggage to the second floor, also when you leave the room the electricity shut down automatically so when u come back from hot outside its hot inside your room, there was electricity lines in front of our room and very near to face so i was afraid to go to the balcony...
Maybe can do better with breakfast choices.
