Location was perfect! Nex to the beach and one step away from shops and restourants. But good step away from clubs. Would stay here again!!!! Ah an there is amazing family restourants next to the hotel, European Thai food or something is called the restourant! Go and meet the lovely family!. We had a spoiled fridge, called in the front desk to help us. They get it done real quickly . I am very impressed with their friendliness and services.
所有评语 » Location is perfect - just 2 min away from the Patong Beach. I was free upgraded to the more spaceful room with nice view without extra charge. The distance to Patong Beach only 3-5mins. Have many Restaurants, Mini Mart, Nightlife nearby. The room also spacious. Very nice n freindly staff the hotle location is very comfortable for both beach n shopping Value of money. Staff so nice Convenience to go to the beach Full facilities Comfort and reasonable price Will come back. The room was so comfortable and the staff was helpful... totally have a great stay at this hotel. Location 100 meters from the beach. Walking distance to everything. Value for money. Close to beach,everything at finger tips,staff helpful,will stay again. Good hotel which worth your money and staff are very friendly. Location,room size,. location and rooms. so clean. location is very near to beach 3 minutes, banglow road 6 minutes ,supermarkets , resturants and shops, ive never tried B.F at all i will come again to this hotel i stayed there 14 days. The hotel is quiet and close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and good room size. Good location, about 100 meter from the beach.... Near beach. The location. Nothing. Nothing!. The water heater it either goes super hot or super cold we couldn't get any moderate . The water is very strong and it splash out every time you shower. It's very dangerous with the pond full of water . I would suggest The hotel maintainess to be a regular practice. Breakfast is a quite poor. No elevator to rooms 216 / 316. The breakfast is not really good, and have limited variation. Doesn't have a porter to carry your bags, but the receptionist is very helpful and help us to carry our bags to our room when we arrived. Breakfast. The electricity shut down all of Patong one day on midnight for long time. All system in hotel cannot use such as telephone and don't have flash light in the room. Nothing. No pool, no normal lobby. But for that price at that location it is hardly possible. Found a cockroach on the first day of my stay, but afterwards there were no problem. food wasn't very good. Bit noisy at night, but nothing dramatical. Make sure you ask for a room with balcony. Staffs english was poor. I asked them a question and they never gave me an answer. There was construction going on an v couldnt sleep well. The rooms doesn't have Windows. And they must put a soup in bathroom. Walls and door thin. Hear everything in the hallways. When the doors shut. It sounds like a gun shot lol. poor breakfast,. shower had no window glass and bathroom always smells urine some insects in room refregator and water supply always goes cold and hot, noise from resturats next door and room service is not good enough, no baby cought, none to help u with bags i hope they fix all this. very slow service and have no related facilityes. night time very noisy. My booking was for smoking room but they gave me a non smoking room and asked me to pay another 500 for smoking room which was really very bad. Staff not helpful, poor breakfast, rooms clean and tidy but only ok. Booking stated parking in street nearby but had to leave hire car 1/4 mile away as parking limited. Had much better hotels for less /same money. wouldn't go back again never!!.
