Didn't have its own parking compound Room a bit cramp once you add extra bed

I love their friendly reception, unique contemporary designs for each room and the closeness it is to the Jungceylon shopping centre and Patong Beach (approx. 5-7 mins walk). I appreciate that the receptionist allowed us to check in earlly by arranging us to switch to another room that is ready. That's pro-activeness! He even taught us a word or two in Thai.

The hotel is very well located walking distance from all shopping and the beach as well. Its done up very well and is super value for money. The reception staff are very helpful and excellent.
The flooring is tiles and the room cleaning staff didnt do their jobs very well.They could pay a bit more attention on this aspect.

It was great value this time of year I had deluxe room which was roomy with excellent facilities great bathroom excellent staff all round Three minute walk to nightlife and major shops and markets.high season price is dearer but I would still go there.

Location is awesome! every attractions are within minutes. ACCA hotel pretty much satisfied my needs.
The staff is very very helpful and polite
Staff very friendly and they were very nice to allow us to check in very early in the morning as the room was available. The location is very good for who wants to stay in Patong. There is everything close by to you, restaurants, bars, shopping areas and a shopping centre and not far from the beach, walking distance. Room is nice, clean and has everything. Also the price is very good.

The location, just a street next to Junceylon and Bangla Street. Interesting room, good for a budget traveller. Family Mart almost every corner
Bed isn't super comfortable but after a whole tiring day from the beach/ island hopping, it doesn't matter....
Great hotel awesome location friendly and helpful staff especially Lamena on the front desk will definitely be back also the Lebanese restaraunt next door had some delicious food compliments to the chef Nader.
On the last day we stayed there was no water but this was hardly the hotels fault as the whole street had water supply cut off apart from that there was no other negatives!
Nice location, very close to Juncelon for shopping. We stayed there for the last night in Patong with the room opposite to the street. The main activity is shopping, not the sea, then this hotel is good. The room is also clean, but the toilet is relatively small.
Many bars along the street, so rooms with balcony must be very noisy.
The room wasn't bad at all for the price. Clean and functional. Staff were generally quite pleasant. Location is pretty good too. Close to malls, 10-15 min walk to the beach and close to most of the pubs and bars. This is one of the hotels I would shortlist for sure.
I'm nit-picking here but I wish there is actually something to see from the window. Even at level 6, all I could see is the room of another hotel directly facing mine barely a few meters away. But I guess there's not much anyone can do about that. :) Airport transfer cost is a hundred Baht more than other hotels nearby, but it's still not bad. The room has no balcony.

close to Juncelong and Big C, close to restaurants, close to night bars. clear rooms with different decoration, not big but acceptable. We required quiet rooms, not noisy actually. it's a good choise with nice price.

The hotel's location is really good and couple of minutes walk from the beach, the mall, and the clubs.
Bed sheets cleanliness wasn't high. Towels and robes provided had stains. We had to buy new ones and use our own.
