Staff was very helpful, they asked about our plans and helped to plan buses or trains to get to our destination and wrote us in English and Thai all important information :) Location, it is about 5 minute walk to Ko San and about 25 to Royal Palace. Place has convenient location and yet is very quite.

  I spent with my wife 5 nights in this hotel in Nov 2013. Hotel is quite new and really worth recommendation. I am able to list only adventages. Staff is very helpfull (they can arrange you taxi or tuk tuk without any extra fee) and friendly as well. In the close area especially in the afternoon you can also find few street food spots and two 7 Eleven shops. Rooms are originally desig - The Warehouse is a great bargain that provides all the necessary amenities. The room was perfectly adequate, the staff outstanding (except for one young man who didn't arrange for our metered-taxi one morning), and although the location is a bit off the beaten track and definitely not upscale, we loved being part of an authentic Thai neighborhood.
