receptionst 兑换汇时做手脚低于当日汇率,声称汇率每日波动且不出示当日牌价牌;壁虎漫天爬,房间里也是,令人毛骨悚然;RECEPTIONST代订出租车时加价,到机场要1000BAHT,实际上门口TAXI STATION只要700BAHT!

everything was just great. the staff was very friendly, the rooms wonderfull, just next to the beach
the hotel would have been perfect but for the point of the building work going on throughout the pool area. which ran throughout the length of the hotel.
i would reccomend this hotel but you should be notified that it would be under renovation. i left after the first night.

We liked the room. The bathroom was very good and the cleaness very good every day. The hotelstaff, reception and room cleaners, were always helpful and kind to us.
We didn`t like the flying birds in the breakfast/lunchroom. Once it was no food left in the luncharea when we arrived.

The swimming pool is the best hotel pool I have ever had the pleasure of using.
I did not like that the hotel charged my visa for my entire stay the day I arrived, but befoer I checked in. I planned to change my credit card at the front desk whilst checking in, but it was too late, and the staff did not know how to reverse the charges.
It is really a good hotel, but I think in the area are so nice hotels like this and the prices are lower. I think it is a little bit too expensive for its category.
it`s next to beach
we stayed fifth floor,there was long way to down. High seasons prise is too high!!...and minibaar prise too!!!
Cleanliness, freindly people, location, thats it!
Very bad breakfast too much HAM and BACON, very expensive Internet, very poor English, they dont have IRON to press the clothes. We have to buy 1 pc of IRON local made for approx $50 to iron and press our clothes which we just diposed off as it was too heavy to carry.The pool was not ready and they had no excess to beach.

It doesn't like 4 star. Poor mattress swing whole night long
No swimming pool because under repair. This was simply an over priced hotel, not a resort. Location was very average, I'd choose a cheap/mid hotel/resort at Patong Beach if going again.
