  Everything. This is a truly lovely place to spend a holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (we are traveling with an adult son and were delighted to find he not only had his own room, he also had a large bed). The hotel has lots of character. We stayed there for 5 days with a group of 8 friends, and came back after a trekking in the region of Chiang Rai. During the trek, all we could think about was going back to Nipha's, the hosts' kindness and attentions moved us. This is a human place at a very reasonable price, with a beautiful environment, a great terrace, very comfortable and clean rooms, and last but not least wonderful hosts that we'll always remember !   The location is excellent since it is situated literally 10 foot walk to the Saturday market which it worth going to. Prices are cheaper at the Saturday market than the typical tourist places. More importantly, in terms of the facilities, the hotel offers a motorbike hire just downstairs which is cheaper than other companies. Incredibly friendl - First impression is the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, with a big balcony ( although no fantastic view). With the price that I paid I am happy with this , it is better than other budget hotel. The housekeeping staffs are very thoughtful, I did not required clean up my room and they are still put some drinking water in front of my room. Location wise, it is just next to Saturday market, nearby you can easily find some local and western food. It is some wal
