Great value for money. Room was very clean and cleaned daily in high standarts. Perfect location 1 minute to the beach and 1 minute to the nightlife. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Free safety deposit box. All in all I would definitely come again.
location right in the center of chaweng main street, 2 minutes walk to the famous green mango bar as well as the ark bar (pool parties).

Excellent location and rates. My room was very clean and the cleaners cleaned it to a high standard. I would stay here again.
nice big cool room and comfy bed. Tv in room. Staff were so nice and helpful. 2min walk across the road to beach.
good location; eveybody helpfull; no safe in room, however safe at reception 24 h per day available.
I love the location near to Arkbar Beach Club and 5 minutes walk from hotel to the beach.
its cheap and right beside the nightlife and beach, the staff very good and drove us to airport.
Location.
5 meters across from a ladyboy cabaret. Very noisy from 9pm to 2am. Didn't matter for us since we werent in the room until 3am anyway. Front desk woman said that if we want we can just say the word and get a room facing the other direction. Wasn't necessary for us.
It is a bit noisy at night but that should be expected with its location!.
bathroom was a bit shabby.
wifi should work, however in my room no wifi; even the specialist of the hotel could not fix. Opposite the hotel was breakfast restaurant and there my internet was o.k., so i got there every morning about 2 hours.
Since the place is near to pub/bar, I can hear the music from the pub/bar all night long.
the noise from ladyboy cabaret its not a hotel i recommend if your planning early night in, music very loud til three in morning.
Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful,showers were and rooms were filthy.
The bed was full of stains. The room has a penetrant smell and is outdated. The hotel is located beside a ladyboy cabaretbar which plays very loud music until four am. So before that time you can't sleep. Actually as a backbacker I would avoid Chanweng beach because it is really tacky. But you can do there a lot of activities though, like parasauling, rent a waterscooter or dating with ladyboys ;).
