  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops.   I was stay there for 1 night, room was very clean and staff very freindly and helpful , i love the location it's 8mins by walk to nana staion and near to shopping area and bar street but also not so noisy druing ur stay as hotel is located at very quite place. anyway love it ! next time i will stay there again
