The location is excellent, very close to Nana station. There is a night market few meters from the hotel and many restaurants and bars on the same road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were speaking very good English. They gave us many info about the sights and also arrange taxi for us to take us for day tours as we didn’t want a join tour. The hotel has can also arrange join tours. The room not very big but it was very clean and the bed was one of the softest we slept in Thailand.
所有评语 » I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights this month between May 15 and 21. I find the staff and the location to be excellent. The room is very clean thought it is bit small in size. I would recommend atleast a chair in the room to sit and watch the TV, which I really missed. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if ever make another trip to BKK, and would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been designed in an original way, with nice taste. It is near (or right in) the most active area of Sukhunvit st. But on top of that given it's proximity to a BTS sky train station one can reach easily the many shopping areas, as well as the main boat station, MRT underground station or the link train to the airport. Bangkok is the great and exciting city !! The Hotel was OK, the price for accomodation is equal to quality.The staff was very kind. they help us with everything. There was a very nice snack bar in the hotel with OK prices and opened all night. Hotel is placed very good, near to Nana Station (SkyTrain) - very fast and cheap way how to get to everywhere in the city. A very warm welcome at the reception. The Hotel was fully booked but the very friendly receptionist with Name noi upgrade me to a Deluxe Room on the top floor. The Hotel is very good located in Sukhumvit Soi 11, about 500 m to the Skytrain and a lot of activitist arround and in Soi 11. I allready booked my next stay in this Hotel. Very nice hotel, great design, comfortable spacious rooms. Great location, there are a lots of pubs and clubs on the same street but even that rooms were quiet at night (at least on 7th and 10th floor). It is also very close to Nana metro station which is very handy in traffic times. Great location and value, not the highest standard hotel on Soi 11 but was quaint and comfortable. Staff very professional, efficient and courteous, comparable to other properties. not a family suited property but perfect for a solo traveler passing through for a night or two. Great staff, very nice and clean rooms, A/C is well installed (cold air not hitting the bed directly, as opposed to many Thai hotels). While the location isn't exactly the garden of Eden it's very lively 24/7, with plenty of nightlife. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable but the wall are paper thin You could hear everything, tv talking keys being place down coming and going Did tend to keep u awske or wake u up when a guest came into there room. The room had a cigaret smoke smell but we didn't ask the staff to change us room as we were very tiered. Lapse of atleast a chair (comfortable one)each in the rooms (standard rooms where I stayed). And poor quality of the air. The windows are locked and the air from the ventilation system sometimes comes with the stink of tobacco (despite of being in a non/smoking room and floor). - If you are the first time here,be carefull in the city, the are a lot of Thai "gangsters" and you can lost your money, if you will believe them. Espaecially taxi drivers are the "elite" (however, the same like any other country) - You should inform about everythig in the reception in the hotel. - I´d expect a little bit more from the breakfast in 4-stars Hotel. No backrest to stool/chair.Lack of bench to place suitcase.Lack of grabrail for stepping in and out of shower/bath. people who slams there door at 7.30 in the morning while we are trying to slleep. The hotel is a simple hotel with little facilities available. The cab outside the hotels are all out to scam. I didn't like the windiws. They where wery high and small and you couldn't open them. I stayed at the 10th floor and the windows where like the ones in the bathrooms. The bed was hard. There was no aircon in the hallways and the aircon in the room was not very efficient. The breakfast was dreadful and seemed to not cater for western tastes. Nothing. small rooms, thin walls. breakfast had limited appeal and not value for money. Better value breakfast can be obtained in near by establishments. Nothing negative here!:). Are satisfied with. In the smoking room must smoke in the bathroom. Room size not as booked/ requested. hard to find by the taxi driver. Bathroom is a bit smell but after 5-10 minutes, it should be fine. No large windows - but adequate in the best rooms. at the price, nothing. A bit of noisy (next door). None. The menu of breakfast was very much short with no Indian or Halal food. There was no bath tub in the room as it is the 4-star hotel and Pics showed the tub... Nothing. limited and expensive menu in the restaurant. Breakfast. Outside the hotel is a pub and it will not be quiet until after 1AM. Low floors are the non-smoking floors, so you will hear the noise. Also, the hot water doesn't seem to be constant. After a while (2 mins), the water is no longer hot. Breakfast is a bit of a let down, not many choices and taste okay. Just moderate.
