we stayed in deluxe suite and it was worth the money. The ambiance of hotel and suite was very good and suite was well equipped and quite spacious. health and fitness center as well as jacuzzi and pool on the roof top was quite nice. the hotel was very comfortable and chic. the staff went above and beyond their duties for us and the breakfast was the best we have had around the world. the hotel was affordable.
所有评语 » Very good hotel. Good localization, mini market just in front and restaurants and club just around the corner. New furniture and very clean hotel. everything about the hotel was excellent from the rooms, staff ,breakfast menu to the overall comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Good location. Just a short distance from Nana station. It's a world apart from the outside world! Which is a great thing!. Very convenient and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We had a good time and a pleasant stay. Thank you. Lovely staffs, great restaurant and cafe. Was worth staying..I enjoyed. large , spacious , & comfortable room and huge bathroom. Nice gym,pool area. Got free room upgrade. friendly staff, good food. Bed was super comfy :). Nice stuff, good breakfast, ugly rooms. There are construction works going on right next to it which means unfortunately some noise. Good size bathroom Cleaness of room. Tuk tuk free service provided by hotel.tour provider / operator was good.break fast buffet was good. Nothing to like. location of the hotel is quite inside the narrow street and you have to walk about a kilometer to reach main road and the free tuktuk service to the main road is quite poor as the hotel has only one tuktuk which can carry only 4 person at one time and you have to wait for a longtime to avail this service... Nothing. the only negative aspect was the location. it is somewhat away from the accepted hustle n bustle of Sukhumvit. even though a shuttle service on request is available, soi 13 is a fair distance from most places such as skytrain, restaurants etc. It's a bit of a trek from the Main Street, at night time it can be intimidating walking down the street. Only downside was the construction on going now. Once the construction done, should be quite awesome. tuk tuk service is not available at all times. Not much, all good. Nothing. Staff not up to other 5 star hotel. Stains in shower. queens size bed is actually 2 singles shoves together. Room was very noisy . Lobby was small . Entrance street is not great.staff is formal. Bad staff attitude, slow to help customers, expensive, not value for money, first and last time for me.
