The staff were professional and the service was excellent. The room was very spacious too. Location of the hotel was great for the short of 2 days.
The Hotel Suite where excellent very impressed the rooms where huge, would stay there again. Near the Sky Staion Nana, Staff where excellent.
Quiet backstreethotel with fantastic service. Huge rooms with seperate kitchen and bouble bath sections.
The rooms were initially only cleaned at after 4 PM but after our complanit, they cleaned earlier.

The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful
No, it was a great hotel. Good value for money (mind you, it was during the low season so the prices reflected this).

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.
Don´t go with the taxidrivers outside the hotel, instead walk a bit on the street and take a car. Because they dont want to drive you where you like, instead they try to trick you to places they get paid for, expensive tourist attractions and those things. And also they are much more expensive.

Very large, clean room and convenient facilities. Breakfast is also exellent. All staff at reception, restaurant, security, house cleaning were very kind and helpful.
I think, some porters at the hotel have the connection with taxi drivers who try to get too much money from the guest. After our confortable stay at the hotel, when we went from the hotel to the airport by a taxi prepared by a porter, we had to fight against the taxi driver, as he did not start the meter and did not offer any price. It was really bad experience for us at the end of the vacation.

The Platinum Suite was brilliant, the staff friendly and the room service phantastic - overall a perfect place. i had to leave early and had no time for the breakfast in the morning - the staff prepard a lunch box for me so i could have some breakfast in the taxi while driving to the airport. exemplarary
