The owner states that she hope your feel at home here and that the intention is to make you feel like you are visiting a friend. She gets it exactly right. Such a warm and friendly place. The service is excellent from googling directions, phoning taxis, giving advice. Nothing is too much. They even let you shower after you have checked out. We stayed in Baan Manusarn for 2 nights; the price was good, about 33 euro a night (breakfast included) for a double room, which was very large and clean. The location is in a side road and it's a bit difficult to find it; near the guesthouse you can find '7 eleven' and cheap restaurants with good food. The ladies who manage the guesthouse are very kind and helpful! They cared about me because the last day i was leaving without eating any breakfast, and they prepared it for me although it was l.
Good value for money if you are looking for a budget stay. It is a bit far away but taxi is very cheap and so it is not a problem except that you have to avoid the rush hours as traffic in Bangkok in the rush hours is terrible.
It is next to the pier. If you travel around by boat, it is great.

They are not reluctant to help and willing to have guests have a memorable stay either in their place and in Bangkok. The bed was very hard-although we found this to be true of a couple of places that we stayed at in Thialand.
Not too simple to find it. Taxi drivers have no idea where it is. I recommend to look at the map before you go and show the location to the taxi driver.
