  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

Few minutes drive from downtown Interlaken but the room price is more reasonable than other hotel. Breakfast is sufficient and juice and coffee always got refilled. Distance to Interlaken is no problem, bus every 30 minutes (no bus in the evening)
