nice hotel for a short stay. traveled with two friends and booked quadruple room for two nights. hotel is right in the center, we walked about 10 min from the station. we arrived late so it was very convenient with the code. the room was clean, with a kettle, fridge and microwave, all was well functioning. the bathroom is small, but manageable, soap and toilet paper were on place, as well as clean towels and bed linen, hangers, tea, coffee and cups. it's good place if you just need to sleep and.
所有评语 » This was a fantastic hotel room. By European standards the room was large with a separate shower stall that wasn't over the toilet. The television has a large screen with English channels. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Stockholm central station. Great value. I booked several months in advance and got a great rate. When I did have a question, I picked up the phone in the lobby and spoke with very nice staff who fixed my issue. I use to stay in Omena in Copenhagen quite frequently, because of my business in Denmark - but this was my first stay in Skockholm's Omena. Of course, I could imagine what to expect but the hotel and our room were a pleasant surprise. It is significanly higher level than Copenhagen's one - bigger rooms, cleaner and wi fi is super fast. Very good option indeed and value for money. Close enough to station (about 5 minutes walk) but just nicely far enough to be in a quiet location yet minutes from city centre. Clean. The hotel appears to be based on some of the other budget chain of hotels, but I'd say that it is at the upper-end of such hotels. It's not The Ritz, but is fairly priced for what (and where) it is. I loved the location & free wifi. The food was lovely, staff very helpful & friendly. The large flat screen was fab. It felt very secure & safe with the pin code system. Beds & chairs were very comfortable and clean. Shower was strong with plenty hot water. Room nice & warm. I would defo stay again. Thank you. The room was clean and quite spacious for tw0 think it would be a bit cramped with four. The shower was nice and hot and it was great that there was a small fridge and microwave provided. The location was great - an easy walk to Central Station and quite a few nice places to eat. the location is perfect, 10 min walk from Arlanda express, bus and commuter trains. Door code is very convenient, no need to worry about the keys) The design and comfort of the rooms are really good!!!!I`d recommend it to everyone, going to Stockholm for several days!. there is not a reception however everthing (entrance password, utilities in the room etc) works quite well. the room was small but designed very effectively. the hotel is close to the central station and city center. I recommend it to other Stockholm visitors:). Friendly staff reachable by phone: they went out of their way to enable us to check in much earlier than we were supposed to. Our tv did not work out last day and 3 trips downstairs and 3 calls didn't fix it. Not that I didn't like (as there was only two of us) but to make people aware, the room is listed as "up to 4 people" and strictly speaking it is. But I think it would be a little cramped with 4 adults in the room. 2 beds are pull-out sofa beds. with those pulled out, there isn't a lot of floor space available. I would have liked prober cups cutlery bowls etc & more wardrobe shelves hangers etc. The wine was VERY expensive. The disco was very loud on sat night so no sleep. Even though it was the middle of winter it would have been nice to be able to open a window - think it would be much worse in the summer. A bed side table also woul make a lot of difference - but these are only little things - we enjoyed our short stay and would book again. the price for the buffet is a bit high, though the quality of food is excellent). n/a. I do miss the possibility to leave luggage here on checkin-checkout day. I arrived early in the morning and left the city late in night so I was forced to use lockers at the port/railway station. nothing. There was no wardrobe in the room, it is not really comfortable to have clothes on hangers just on the wall and in your suitcase. No windows in the rooms and a problem entering the code for the outside door. Could have done with a vending machine or some other place to get a snack when I arrived after midnight. Room is not really equipped for four people- not enough towels or bed clothes for four people. There is no that i didn't like. I expected a little toothpaste. Everything else was great :). Only a small negative, however my room was located on the topmost floor close to the three flag masts. Unfortunately the wind caused the ropes situated on the masts to beat incessantly causing a bit of a racket. We were 3 people in a room for 4 people. I guess it would be too crowded in a room of this size if we were actually 4. Bathroom light stayed on all the time. Towel rail directly above the toilet with a danger of towels falling into it. The hotel is completely staff-less, no staff seen during entire stay, which is a bit unusual and you need to get used to. Not a problem, but "staff" cannot be rated as Omena is an unattended hotel property. Room is paid in advance and property is accessed by key code. The only thing about the room/hotel that I didn't like was not being able to open the windows. A lack of staff to talk to about anything if needed. Fortunately I had very little to worry about. Room is small and noise isolation is insufficient. Towels weren't changed during our 5 night stay. Insecure Internet. Free bottle of water would be nice. If you arrive sooner than check in time there is no place to put your baggage in except the All Star bar which is not connected to the hotel. rooms are not really big enough for a family of four. The double bed is narrow, not comfortable enough, no window can be opened so fresh air lacking. The room was cold. Our room didn`t have the window, which was a surprise for us. Diffculties to obtain invoice. This issue should be made clear while making reservations. But I think that invoice should be available at spot. Sofa bed a little painful to put together Lighting - either too much or too little. Cleaning can be better. Floor in the room was not so clean. No window, means no daylight or natural waking up feeling, no reception, codes are activated at 16:00 of the day of arrival (since there is no reception, no choice of leaving luggage).
