  Stockholm is expensive, this hotel is relatively affordable. Don't expect a very fancy hotel. It is situated in an appartment block and you need a key code to enter the hotel. Once inside, there is no staff to be found but an enveloppe with your name on it with the key. The room I had was for a single person and was ok.   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  I enjoyed staing in this hotel. My room was nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel was full of people, but WC area was empty everytime I need it. Breakfast was also excelent, and it was possible to seat outside on fresh air in the small and nice patio - The breakfast was amazing and diverse.
