  it was a pleasant surprise to see such a clean and friendly hostel of that size (it is quite large). It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers.   The rooms are beautiful and very practical. The beds have two small single bed duvets but i was alone and was not an issue. Reception is open 24/7 so had no problem checking out at 2 in the morning. The rooms are modern, clean, and with kitchen, which was important to me as I was bringing a cheese back to the States that I hiked into the Alps to purchase. :) The staff were very friendly and super helpful. It's a quick Tunnelbana to T-Central. For me, the old portion of the city was within a very comfortable walking distance.

  It was a really sweet stay there and we would like to recommend it to anyone who is going to Stockholm. The hotel was located in a nice area, with ~10min walk to Old Town and 15-20min walk to city center (you can also take the metro). It is also close to metro station. By European standards the room was large with a separate shower stall that wasn't over the toilet. The television has a large screen with English channels. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Stockholm central station. Great value. I booked several months in advance and got a great rate. When I did have a question, I picked up the phone in the lobby and spoke with very nice staff who fixed my issue.
