The hotel was hospitable. I made a terrible mistake and had booked dates for march and turned up in february. The staff instantly rectified my mistake and changed the dates else I would have lost my booking and money. The breakfast was very nice and filling. They even had a waffle maker which as nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful when directing us for places to visit. If I went back - I would stay in the same hotel.
所有评语 » ever so friendly and helpful staff at the reception makes you feel at home immediately - small but very clean rooms with everything you need, first class bedding, excellent free wifi and last but not least a tremendous breakfast in an extraordinary scenery - a well deserved 10 out of 10 and imho should deserve at the very least a 4 star quoting. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and coffee was always available for guests of the hotel. I loved breakfasting and looking at the river every morning. The room was on the small side, but adequate for one person, and what one should expect,as the hotel is a boat. We have brought a wrong plug adaptor. There was none left at the counter when we tried to borrow one. The girl at the counter borrowed hers to us. That is really nice of her. Besides, the price is cheap and walkable to city centre and all kinds of transport. The place for breakfast is really nice. small, but comfortable rooms, okay for a few nights (we only stayed for one night), rich breakfast buffet. leaving the luggage in the hotel before check-in or after check-out is no problem. location is good, we did all the sightseeing on foot, starting from the hotel. good value for money!. The city centre is within walking distance of the hotel. There is a shopping centre and many restaurants close by. Breakfast was great and had a good selection. The rooms are indeed small but very comfortable. If you do not intend to spend all day in it,it's perfect. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the Central Train Station and the mall with tourist info. The staff was extremely helpful and the restaurant at the hotel was very convenient with young kids. I would stay here again. It was an excellent value for the money. Location is close to the city center, took us only a couple of minutes to get there by bike - a free municipality bike rental station is close by. Nice style and everything new, rooms very good isolated, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent. Location is on the riverfront in Gothenburg conveniently located to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel is a boat that has been remodeled into a hotel, very unique. We enjoyed our riverfront room on the water. Close to centre, tram, train and bus station. Good view over the water. Staff were very helpful. I was not able to print off my laptop so the young lady behind reception suggested I email the document and she printed it off. Location and cleanliness. A little cramped and bumped my head on shelves more than once. But really liked it. Good value. Could do without all the spiders on outside of breakfast windows but I do have a phobia. I liked the style and the idea of sleeping in a boat! The facilities were really good and the breakfast nice! We had a triple room, it was very small but nice how they solved the the installation of a third bed. We especially Liked that the place was charming, friendly, clean, didn't pretend to be anything else than what it was. Very good located and that we could bring our dog! Tkank you! Good free WiFi (6mb average). Friendly helpfull staff. Being close to the water, the view was good. The room was of adequate size for us, nice and warm and ideal for what it was intended for. The location of this hotel is very good: it is located in the harbor, and very near the city center. Very surprising room interior/design. Good breakfast in a cozy lunch/dining room. All the staff were amazing and couldnt have been more helpful. they were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was pretty great too. Free wifi, and use of a computer was great. The buffet breakfast was great, and it was served until 11 on weekends. The bedroom view of the water was lovely. The hotel is within walking distance from the shuttle bus station. The hotel is quite big, it has modern facilities, especially nice bathrooms and and excellent choice of breakfast served in a restaurant with view over the water. Great value for money! The room and bathroom and brekkie were great. Only minor things in the minus column, but they really didn't destroy the whole picture. Yes, the rooms are ferry boat style small and I mean really small. Wifi connection is free but working with coupons and complicated. Parking was inconvenient, and we almost got a ticket while trying to unload our luggage and sort out where to park. However, the staff was helpful and we were able to avoid the ticket because they warned us in time. Rooms rather small but to be expected as this is a converted ship. We removed what we wanted from our suitcase, no where to put one and returned it to our car. No hairdryer but when asked for a reception one was produced straight away. The upper deck could be use for example for bar... At the moment it is not really used and rusty. Nothing to not like, we knew the rooms would be small before we arrived. Although it didn't affect us a larger person may have struggled getting in to the bed closest to the window. We booked a double room but got a twin. Was ok for us though. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay!. In case you are travelling with a heavy suitcase: the very first staircase from the street to the main entrance door was lacking a small lift/elevator. Instead, one has to carry the heavy luggage. Cant think of anything. It is a bit further away from the center, one has to walk a few minutes before reaching any means of transport. One of the receptionists who checked us in was not too friendly. The scrambled eggs :( The bed, (it split during the night). While pretty close to the city centre, it is a 10 min walk.. Which was pretty cold at night!. room very small (expected) but don't bring a suitcase as you won't have anywhere for it - we managed to "squish" our suitcase in the "half-wardrobe" with some effort!. Beds moving apart from each other. It would be good with a system for locking the two single beds together so they dont move apart. -Customer service not always up to scratch. Rooms are not very big, it was fine for us but might be an issue if you had a lot of luggage or children. Not a lot of breakfast tables, may have to wait a bit if its busy. nothing. Very small bar/breakfast area. Small menu choice for food/snacks. Rooms are bit small.. Rooms were very small. Room was too small that you can not open your luggage. Room was a bit cramped but no more so than is standard in Ibis hotels. rooms are compact. The wet room type shower is not my thing. Unless you want to sit on the toilet and wash yourself!.
