Hotel was so close to the city center and Scandinavium where we went to see Frölunda's game. Stuff in the room was really nice and at the morning we have ate a goog breakfast. Internet in room was also plus. very near centre of city,bus/rail stn.and shopping centre a short walk, great selection of food for breakfast,room nice and warm bed very comfortable,. Cost, convenience to public transportation, nicely decorated, small, quiet.

Enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness of rooms.The staff was very helpful about indications on what to do in the city and the best places where to eat, the room was nice and comfortable. Good situation, very easy to access from central station, helpful staff, no complaints!. Quiet, clean, well maintained rooms. staff were very pleasant and helful. location 10 minute walk to central station and nordstan.wireless internet good reception and speedl; for gothenburg it was ok value when travelling with work i only really need internet and near train station.location was convenient to centre of city and railway station. Room was clean, internet connection easy and free. Good central location. Excellent free wi-fi in the rooms.I think the hotel was overpriced for what it is. It should rather be put into the category of pensions.. Personal on the reception. Help me when the AMEX was not working properly.Location was quite convenient. Internet nothing else..the aerea. only one thing: wi-fi internet does not work in the room. Bathroom was badly designed. As a wet room floor did not slope properly and after use the whole bathroom was wet including lavatory. On arrival lady at desk was rude and not very welcoming,same lady was at breakfast and end of stay and was not very friendly. The bathroom has never been cleaned during our stay (5 nights) and we had to use the same towels for all these days...The reception was not available 24h, there were not any towels in the room, the sampoo, toothbrush etc were not adequate even for one person, the double room had two single beds and not one double. single room really means single room.mine had a covered up flip board on the wall and guess it is used for a meeting room usually;bit annoyed as hotel was very quiet and a bigger room would have been nice. the room also was quite cold at night.Staff on arrival wanted paynment but did nt have any change for a cash payment. I was forced to pay by credit card..When we booked in we asked if we could leave two peices of luggage with them the next morning and were told yes but the next morning were told no. The reception area was left unattended for long periods including mid morning They were not friendly and I would not stay there again. Had a single room that was very small. The en-suite was a wet room so impossible to take a shower without soaking every part of the bathroom. The radiator style heating was on all the time and adjusting the valve thermostat made no difference so the room was too warm. Unfortunately leaving a window open to compensate created too much noise from the street. Breakfast unexciting!. My Sauna was not working even If I paid lot of money. Location. Sub standard electrics. Very strange bathroom/shower arrangement. Room m was very small and quite different from website. Towels werenever changed in 4 days. Beds not made on one day. They charge the price of a 4 star hotel, and there are plenty of good hotels chains with good renomees, around this area. The price at Albelle is way to high, they will charge you extra for an extra bed + parking. Parking and extra bed, is free in most of the Scandic hotels in the neighbourhood, and they have more clean rooms. We had the room for one week and all we got was new toiletpaper, no cle. The reception opens only in a limited hour. The service is very much limited in the out-of-office time, particularly at night. A fire alarm rang all of the sudden early in the morining, though there was no hazard inside the hotel. There are hotels in Gothenburg with the same price level, but with better quality of service. The hotel was very basic, a double room has twin beds therfore is not a double room it is a twin room. Staff found this to be perfectly normal, when I asked to be moved it seemed to be a hassle for the receptionist aftern much persussion she finally gave us another room but it wasn't a modern room and it was very dated.
