Finding the carpark and hotel by car would not be easy without satnav.

Its location was perfect near to the old quarter for easy walking to historical sites and shops plus a lovely park opposite to relax and enjoy the spanish atmosphere.

I loved the balcony, the view over the city was beautiful. I would highly recommend that people should pay that little extra and get a delux suite. Overall my stay was very comfortable (the air conditioning was great!) and the appearance of the hotel is stunning, i was shocked to fine out it was only a 2 star hotel! i would most definatly use this hotel again as i can not find a fault anywhere.

Great location at the edge of the Murillo Gardens. Right next to some restaurants and tapas bars. Hotel also has a roof terrace.
Had to pay for internet access. And not sure about the nude male statue in the lobby. To get your wife in the mood perhaps?!
The room was beautifully decorated, with good furniture (I took two photographs to show friends!), very comfortable and convenient. Extremely well situated, although a little difficult to find one's way to with the one-way system. The fact that we had to walk across the little plaza for breakfast was off-set by the delicious breakfast and good service of the Restaurante Modesto.
Problem with the satellite/digital system, which meant that we could not have all the programmes we would have wished. Very surprised that I was asked to pay for the WIFI service as so many hotels offer this free these days.
Very nice hotel in fantastic situation, right on the edge of the old Santa Cruz area and with a reasonably-priced carpark right outside. Great views from windows, balconies and roof terrace.

Only a few English(SKYNEWS)/French channels were available (there weremany in German). They should at least have CNN/BBC/TV5/arte.... /Especially in the evening, you get cooking smells (but only when the aircon is on) from the restaurant downstairs. So, we slept with the windowopen and it was better, though a bit noisy.

Excellent location loads of bars restuarants and sights within esy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms very very clean.
The toilet flushing system was a bit noisy but nothing to awful.

except for juan and elizabeth the staff was rude, by giving their mobil conversation more priority than me.like i was interrupting them. My bother and I felt very uncomfortable every time wr need to talk to them.

In the hotel,on-site parking was originally impossible,but the web info told it's possible if we reserve a parking space. I reserved one, but I was obliged to park my car in nearby public parking.
