  Located in the center of down town. Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Heating was ok which was very important due to 2 deg outside. - Nice location close to the town center. Friendly personnel, though not speaking English, only Spanish.

  Fantastic building in great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. In the time it took me to settle in to room the owner had drawn a map with everything to see including bars and restaurants for the evening. Rooms are nice and clean, decent enough size, WiFi worked fine without issues. The couple who run the hotel are extremely helpful, as well as being very enthusiastic about Salamanca and its history.

  Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful, available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms... 别人怎么说 » . Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. - The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

  We liked that the guy who runs it speaks perfect english. He is very helpfull pointing out where free parking is and where the most important sight seeying spots are. - The staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. The hostel is very clean.

  Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes).
