  Very nice hotel on the south hill of the small town Llubi. When we read about the hotel we where a bit worried at first about the limited parking facilities, but there was nothing to worry about. In front of the hotel there is a small public parking lot for about 6 cars. We always found a spot there, even during high season. The room is rather basic (no TV, no paintings on the wall, very few - I have ben in many hotels in Mallorca, but this one is really special. Very good style and perfect service. Amazing view from the top floor. The hotel smells nice, you know places where you can smell last dinner. It is not one of those. Breakfast is really solid and they serve fresh orange juice, which is not a standard in even four stars hotels. Rooms are very clean and well airconditioned, I have seen three four rooms there.   We just spent two wonderful weeks at the hotel and we can't say enough good things about the S'Ardeviu. The couple who run the hotel are the most warm and conscientous and the hotel has been restored with immaculate attention to details. I would recommend this as a place to spend time to relax, spend time in the beautiful garden, read in the confortable sitt - This was a wonderful small hotel in a beautifully furnished old house just 1 minute walk from the main square on a quiet side street. The hotel is like an oasis once you enter with beaufiful garden courtyard. Very friendly family run hotel with perfect english. More suited to couples than a family. lovely lounge with free bar ( spirits only) and coffee etc
