  We stayed at this hotel for a 10 days. This is a beautiful apartmenrts with the most wonderful staff that we have ever encountered at a hotel! The owner with his wife are very positive, willing people. They are communicative and always happy to help. It was very pleasant to have a deal with them. The parking near apartments is free which is also im - A great people managing this place, very friendly, it doesn't take you more than one day to feel you are at home, grill, start using the kitchen downstairs, simply you feel home, not forgetting the lovely dogs Chiska and Tito, when adds a great time for children. You must try the massage there, it is excellent very relaxing, also one can do other facial treatments if wanted. Thank you dear Juan and Christina. I would go there again for sure.

  We had a lovely time. Didnt want to come home. Nice quiet location and not too far from lots of beautiful beaches. Great for families and the hotel staff were lovely.   The atmosphere was brilliant. Lots of people there to drink and enjoy themselves. The staff were friendly and relaxed and any issues were promptly resolved. Huge balconies that were very high walled and safe - Great view over bcm club, great location for the main strip and really friendly staff.

  The service of the staff is excellent. The food was great and frisch. The location is great, I would recommand a room facing the sea. There is an incidence that I would like to share: on letsbookhotel.com, it was stated that there is wifi anyware, for free. We didn't have wifi in the room, so we went to complain. It turned out that they don't have... 别人怎么说 » it in the rooms, only in the lobby. As compensation, they upgraded us to full pension for one day and on the next day, they provided us a 3g transmit - Booking lost my reservation but Hotel Ferrer Concord managed to give us a room anyway (+upgrade for waiting) and everybody was so friendly. The place is amazing and the staff is multi-lingual, could not have been better!!

  Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! - Excellent service, really friendly staff, beautiful hotel.
