  Standard of hotel is very good for price. I was impressed with thecleanliness of the hotel. My room had a superb view. It felt safe as Iwas staying on my own. Hotel staff very helpful and efficient. Plus, oneof the best cappuccinos at the terrace bar that I have had ! - Everything. Great location, great price.

  We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good for families.

  The apart hotel is small though extemely cosy and comfortable for living. Very close to the beach and city center. The kitchen facilities were very good to cook food. The owners of the hotel are mom and her two nice daughters. The sisters do the room cleaning every day!!! Another interesting thing is that they allowed us to leave our things (luggage) at their hotel (Mom resides there on a permament basis) fo - I am always made to feel welcome and they never bat and eyelid when I ask for friends luggage to be left with them for the day, even if there are 7! nothing is too much trouble and the whole experience has been excellent each time I have stayed.   Quiet room, a decent size with good sized balcony with comfortable chairs. Good modern bathroom and powerful shower. Very efficiently cleaned, towels replaced etc. Great location directly across the road from the beach. Decent sized fridge. Bit of a hike to the town, but we like that. And if you need to take your car, parking in Almunecar (very interesting non touristy town) is free (apart from the underground multi storeys) until July.
