  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day.   The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... 别人怎么说 » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors. I woud like to express my sympathy for the reception workers. We left in the evening and put our bags into storage when we checked out, deciding to spend the remaining hours on the lovely - We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

  The location was perfect for us. just across the road from the beach. Nice food at the restaurant and excellent entertainment every night. Our apartment was in Block A, with a seaview, cost us a little extra but well worth it. The pool area was outside our front door. the bedroom was big enough and the beds very comfortable. I was looking for a place that I could visit on my own, - The view was fab. Looking on to the sea and beach. We were lucky to get a app looking out on to the main drag. Lots of thing going on but not to noisy as bedroom at the back. Pool cleaned every morning, laundry on complex. Very good stay. We would go back. We went for 7 nights here but also booked in to an app in the old town for 4 nights as we wanted to experiance both old and new part of puerto del carmen. So glad we done this.

The day I arrived there was a few ants in my apartment but this was dealt with immediately by the staff and there was no reoccurrence.
