Taking kids to pool great and surprisingly restful no loud music or crazy entertainment by the pool - The apartments of Jardines del Sol are clean, comfortable and a great size for small or large groups. It's perfect for self-catering - they provide pots, plates, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, blender, utensils etc (and there was enough free bottled water, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk for the first day or so) but they also have a small restaurant.   Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places.   We found the location ideal for us. Aparthotel Rubimar is a leasurely 20 to 25 minute walk away from the main port of Playa Blanca. The walk is along the seafront, like a prominard but not in a commercial looking way. There is a market every Wednesday and Saturday just a 5 minute walk from the Hotel, well worth a visit. The indoor pool is a nice 1.3 - Perfect location, with bars, supermarkets and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away. Excellent room which faced the pool and got the sun all day, which was great to sit on after a day out walking or at the beach. Everything was perfect, especially as myself and my partner were self-catering, and kitchen provided us we everything we needed. Have already recommended the Rubimar to friends.
