The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs. Great Location; Near the metro and other main streets but at the same time quite and off to the side. Super friendly staff, speak in english, french. Try to help anytime. Clean and new. I prefer to take the bus in any City, much easier with a trolley and senior people. The bus # 38 goes from Ciudad Lineal (15 min walking) to the center.
所有评语 » I stayed only one night, it is economic and you can find something to eat downstairs even late in the night which is a little bit a problem in this area. Close to Ciudad Lineal metro station. Polite and very helpful staff. Good equipped clean room. New furniture. Modern design. Elevator. Hair-dryer and iron are available at the reception. Breakfast. Price. It is close to the metro station Ciudad Lineal and there are a lot of shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and they have nice meal options at the bar/restaurant. staff very helpful and friendly comfortable bed and big shower good lighting facilities . Parking good. Hotel clean and tidy . Metro not far. Breakfast excellent. Travelodge Madrid offers a very clean, quiet and spacious room at an excellent price. Along with easy access to the subway. Everything about the stay, the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The facilities were to a very high standard. Close to the metro station to start exploring Madrid. the girl on reception was very helpful. I think her name was Isabella. New not too expensive,,. Is not so close to the Metro specially for people with trolley as me and senior people like my mother, is about 4 blocks of the Metro Station of Ciudad Lineal, going up. If you are looking for a centric place in Madrid this is not the right place, but is a good one. Every sound from the corridor is heard in the room due to thin walls. Free wi-fi is only available at the public area. To get Internet at your room, you must pay a fee. wifi not included in room hoped for a better lounge facility as would have spent more time in bar. No tea/coffee facility in room facility to change TV language to English on films originally produced in English in active. Not had that in other hotels in Spain. A little further away from downtown and the parking (if not found on the street) is pretty expensive. could not get english tv but it did not spoil the vacation. No safe available. No tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. It's located on a poorly lit street at night. The late check in at 3pm when we arrived in Madrid at 6am. The breakfast was rubbish. Showed a full cooked English at reception and numerous places throughout the hotel, but we only got microwaved scrambled eggs and bacon. I think a proper cooked English breakfast should be offered for a bit more money. There is no place to leave your luggage if you arrive earlier or leave later. Parking in business hour. Otel was just newly opened few days ago when I stayed. So staff was very slow at checkin I assume due to lack of experience. Also WiFi was not operational yet. Pay for wifi. Location. room very small, no dresser, hair dryer, and other small amenities. wifi is not free in rooms. little cold in room... climatization in-room is preset, so room is cold at night wintertime. Because it was a new hotel, the free wifi access points were not yet available. They need to practice on baking their sandwiches, some of them were really hard to eat. The breakfast was a joke. It said it was available from 7am and as we had a long journey planned we were there at that time. Unfortunately the girl running the kitchen did not turn up until 7.The items served bore no resemblance to that shown on your menu. We had to wait until 7.20 for our scrambled eggs and when we left at 7.45 there was still no bacon!!!.Overall a very bad show and not what we would expect fron Travelodge in England. No telephone in room no wi fi no wakeup call no soap,less towels poor security charged 5 euros more on second day of stay no communication facilities.
