This was the most comfortable bed of our trip! I wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us... We only stayed here one night after arriving in Madrid at the very beginning of our trip. We can't comment on the location for exploring the area, but it was quite easy to get there from the airport and the metro station is right beside it which made it really easy to get to the bus station in the morning!.
所有评语 » The location is perfect, you can even walk into the city if you don't take the metro. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast for the price in a nice room with a view.Friendly staff. We got a room with window to the atrium and it was very quiet. Very well located next to the metro station. It was very accessible from the airport, albeit 2 train changes and 30 plus minutes. In general good and helpful staff. Nice to have a supermarket next to it and some tapas places that open late. the comfort and width both of the bedroom and the bathroom; the location - several buses and the underground just a few metres from the hotel; also, a lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very helpful and spoke english. The room was very clean And Comfortable. The breakfast was good. The Metro was outside and 7 stations from the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room had good natural light and the electric lighting in the bathroom is very satisfactory - not something usually found!. Staff spoke excellent English, and I would like to offer my grateful thanks for all the help they offered. Smiling, Happy and excellent at their jobs - Well Done. Clean and centrally located hotel, close Las Ventas metro,, so even 20 minutes walk from center Madrid, the metro makes this a very comfortable hotel. location. Too little space for clothes. The double bed was a bit too small for two.The wifi didn't work well. Not so much a problem with the hotel but the tapas places were a bit difficult for first time, non-Spanish speakers. Prices were not exactly as stated on the board. And ordering food can be a challenge. maybe the furniture in the room is a bit too essential: no closet or drawers, just a few shelves to put your clothes on. Internet was free but slow. I found on leaving they have a higher speed one for €5pd. Value for money applies, except for breakfast, which I think is too expensive, with no choice for those who do not want a biggish breakfast. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room plus only one rather austere chair. Lack of coffee and tea and Kettle in the rooms. <not a complain, just a suggestion: the bathroom needs a small stool to place the clothes while showering. The food at the bar could be a bit better. Nothing. rooms a bit small. Nothing. Annoying wi-fi connection system. It requires input of login and password each time your smartphone goes to sleep mode. No refrigerator, no laundry service on weekends. One washing-gel in the toilet for everything. I asked and booked a nonsmoking room way in advance and when I arrived was told none was available so could have a smoking double room instead. At least they made effort to get rid of smike smell. staff size of room.
