The staff and service as always is second to none. However, in the 21st century channel news are essential, the hotel has 72 channels but none in English or another language, Spanish, Spanish and Spanish only. Internet at Euro 16.95 is excessive. It should free like everywhere, bearing in mind that the company providing the service is collecting our information to sell to advertising companies. Despite these insignificant issues, it is the best hotel in town.
Everything was fantastic. Location extraordinary, staff incredibly helpful, and one of the best breakfast ever, those beans with Jason were priceless.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The bed was really comfortable. It was a beautiful room. The hotel staff was very helpful. They made reservations for us at a Flamenco show. We would not have been able to not knowing spanish well enough. They also printed us directions and gave us information on how to get there.
The only small issue we had was that the door on the shower didn't seal properly and, when you used the massage option on the water, it leaked onto the floor. It was not a big deal.
Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was excellent, roof top bar was lovely and service by all staff was first class, position was excellent,will definitely stay there again on next visit to Madrid

The location was in the center of what was happening in Madrid located on Gran Via near the Banco De Espana Metro.
We had a shower but preferred a tub / shower combination. The Wi-Fi had a charge fee which in most Hotels are free to people staying there.

Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was good and there is a roof top terrace where you can relax with a drink and look out over the city. Friendly helpful staff.

Three Metro lines with changes requiring carrying bags up and down stairs. Will use a bus next time. Last day found an airport bus to Cibeles, which is just around the corner from Ada Palace. However, even the hotel foyer required an ascent of a dozen steps. Nowhere in Madrid was disability friendly. Breakfast staff are icy cold.

Love the location (near everything including metros); views (if you get the correct rooms); front desk friendly and full of smiles; breakfast is the best around!; stairs are fun to climb but elevator is available; rooms are perfect for just enough down time but since you are in Madrid you will not be in your room much; view from atop the hotel is spectacular and the bar is fun (pricey but fun); overall a must stay!
The room (a non balcony) was blissfully quiet and the bed comfortable. Staff on days after arrival proved to be very helpful. The rooftop terrace for drinks had lovely views.
The receptionist on checkin was overwhelmed by constantly ringing in-house requests so this took much longer than normal. Breakfast the first morning was similar with staff not coping with demand and this showed in the grumpy unprofessional manner of the two!!! on duty. We had to wait for tables to be set, plates for cereal had to be requested several times and the queue for the coffee machine ridiculous!! In the room the fabric on the chair was ripped.

There is no wifi anywhere in the hotel without paying for it other than that it was a lovely hotel. Apart from the shower doors in our room didn't close properly and it kept leaking quite a lot.
The hotel was very centrally located in the city. I liked that we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
Amenities in the room needed to be updated. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The shower had mold growing.
