  基本上都很满意，服务人员态度都特别好，能流利用英语交流，还帮我们定了去里斯本的车票（因为自己定不了很麻烦），还会介绍你可以去那些地方玩。虽然位于郊区，但是附近有便利的公车和地铁很方便十几分钟就可以到市中心。房间很干净，有空调，晚上也安静。有两个Wifi，信号也很好。 附近吃的东西很多，有糕点店，麦当劳，静吧，商店。 - 离地铁站就两分钟路程.出行还是很方便的。前台那个帅哥态度非常热情.房间很干净.

  The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!
