The room service and facility is quite good and the apt decoration is modern and styish. There are some books and maps of the city who shows the owner of the apt is attentive to the needs of guests. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.

  Excellent Staff. Agreed to meet us early to drop off baggage as we were coming from a cruise ship! Very friendly! Took the time to use a map to explain where facilities such as groceries, laundry bus and metro stops were. Very clean accommodations. Absolutely fantastic location. Literally 100m from the nearest metro line and if you sat outsi... 别人怎么说 » de at one of the many cafes and had a coffee, you could sit and look at La Sagrada Familia directly in front of you! - The location was perfect for us being away from the more touristy areas such as La Rambla and being able to see La Sagrada Familia at different times of the day. The back left apartment is very secure with room for four people and the kitchen is well equipped. It is close to the metro, good restaurants such as Ardevol right next door and the Hospital de Santa Pau. Both Anna and Gordana were very helpful by email and in person.
