  The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. - Small and very welcoming.

  The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

  We liked the communication with BWH Gracia prior to coming to Barcelona. I had numerous questions beforehand which were all answered promptly and clearly by BWH staff via email. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. We loved our apartment and the location! It was comfortable, well kept, and very clean. We travelled with a group of four young women for our first time in Barce - The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a charming neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean. There is everything you'll need at the kitchen and more than you actual - Cozy, affordable accomodation. Nice apartment in a relaxed environment. Metro stations (Alfons X or Joanic of Line 4) are a few blocks away. There are many supermarkets and small restaurants around in the area. Parc Guell and the Sagrada Familia are both in walking distance (15mins). The hosts were very friendly, we got to use the washing machine, and they also lent us their baby stroller which was a great help with our 4-year-old.
