  We had very comfortable room, quit - that was important, because we'd been with 1 year old baby. The staff prepared special little bad for baby. And value for money is on high level!   Central position was superb for bars and restaurants and proximity to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and important sites, and only a few minutes walk from the metro at Sol or Sevilla. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern, evidently very new. I would never have expected to find a largish flat screen TV, quiet and efficient aircon, fridge, hai - You can't beat the location. And while no hotel costing less than a fortune is totally quiet, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively peaceful Madrid City Rooms was. The double windows did not block out all of the cacaphony outside, but they did a much better job dampening it than I expected. The man at reception was very friendly, and anyone with even a little Spanish language ability will appreciate his warm personality. Don't be put off by the rooms with their bathrooms down the hall...

  The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.
