  The hostal was located right at the Puerta Del Sol. The location was perfect for exploration of the city. The room was clean and the towels/sheets were changed out regularly. While there were daily protests in the plaza, we never felt unsafe. The lady who worked the front desk did not speak English, but this was not a problem for us.
