  centrally located hotel. clean hotel. helpful, friendly and polite staff. rooms a bit small but it was no problem for us. surrounded by el corte ingles stores. - The hotel was perfct for a weekend break. Great location, staff were very helpful, room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

  Staff were very pleasant and helpful. they provided us with maps to travel the city and very approachable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel is in great location. - The hotel is situated very close to all usual turist attractions. The staff was always ready to help.

  I really loved the location of the hostel! It's super central, easy to walk to anywhere in the city, and there are always people out and about, so it feels quite safe. The staff was really helpful, including carrying my heavy bags up and down the stairs and helping me to arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay. Close to metro station, but you don't necessarily need to use it as everything in the Madrid centre is within a 20min walk. Super friendly staff. Little taverna a few doors down serving excellent tapas, great beers and wine. Lidl supermarket a 2min walk away.

  For me was a realy nice experience in this Hostel. For that money you have nothing bad to say . The hotel is in the perfect location . You have everything around you . The brackfast was very good , modest but as a vegetarian perfect / cereal/ milk /tee / koffe / bread/ fruits ... All what u need to have a good start . I will definitel - I stayed at this hostel with my sister who is a regular hostel visitor and she told me it's one of the best she's stayed in. We both agree that the facilities are excellent for the price paid and the staff were so very friendly and most helpful in every way. We were made to feel so at home.. We will recommend this hostel to all our friends and family.
