  Room was excellent, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. The food was wonderful. We were served by a young lady who appeared to be new. I think her name was Alexandra? The proximity to the city was a feature of hotel and the swimming pool was a - The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Cien Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Barcelona. The location was great... Just two blocks away from the boutiques and nightlife of Passeig de Gracia - wow! From the Airbus stop in Plaza Catalunya we had to walk only 5-7 min. Very convenient indeed.
