The apartments are clean comfortable and spacious. A lift will take you to either to your floor or within a short flight of stairs. Nearby are local restaurants and American fast food outlets. We stayed here for one night before a Mediterranean cruise and found it an ideal location.

  Excellent Location. A few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya and Eixample. 59 Bus stops nearby which takes you to the Passeig Maritim and all down the Ramblas. The Mon Bus to the Airport / Sitges is around the corner, as are the A2 and A1 Airport buses. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, a small supermarket, bakery, bars. Very quiet, even though it was near - Perfect location, nice price, very good wifi signal and there are all necessary things for comfortstay.   Very cozy mini-hostel. We stayed in May in a double room number 106. a cozy room with wash basin, wardrobe and tv. The room has a balcony with chairs and a table. Absolute cleanliness everywhere. You have the keys to the entrance an - Mr Peter, who welcomed us, was very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions very patiently and arranged a very good taxi for our trip to the station on our day of departure. Our room and toilet was cleaned and beds made nicely everyday. The location of the property is marvelous and walking to La Rambla would take us not more that ten mins. I would definitely recommend this to all who want value for money along with an excellent location.

  The staff was really nice, they all speak English, it's valueable as not many people in Spain can. The hostel manager Marc was polite and he even agreed to wait until our arrival (at 0:30 a.m.). The rooms vere poorly designed, but they were authentic, as the hostel is located in a rather old building (I think).
