  Location of the hostel is the best possible in Barcelona. Couple of steps and you are in the center of Gothic quater, couple of stations in the tube and you are at the clean sea beach. Staff is very friendly.   Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. The hostel is very centrally located at the placa de la universidad and placa de Catalunya is at walking distance. The area surroundin - Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful. Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held. Lovely touch of free tea and coffee available for guests and a light breakfast provided (not mentioned when booking). Fab location- two

  The hote is just wonderfull- the stuff is very kind and helpfull, room was very comfortable, although the bed was very big. - I normally don't stay at 3 stars hotel. However I had to because only 3 stars offered wifi in the rooms. That was a nice upgrade.
