  All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

  For me this was a perfect hostel, nice staff, great location ( since its very close to the Bernabeu and I always come for games ) and a great neighbourhood. Staff speaks only Spanish like they do in all of Madrid so take a dictionary. Room was nice and big, and very clean. Nice bed, but bring your own pillow. Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay.   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath.
