Hostal Baler is considered one of the budget friendly hostals. Although the room was small, but for me as solo person was good. This is a family-owned place that is very well maintained and has a congenial staff and atmosphere. For protracted stays the rooms are better suited for single occupancy where space allows a comfortable chair. But for short stays the twin (there are no doubles) occupancy is perfectly adequate.
