  The owner is friendly, helpful, talkative but not too much. He gave us lots of good advices on restaurants and attractions. Two examples: 1) I asked him how to get contact with some place, but the website is in Spanish. All I wanted is a phone number, but he called and acted as the translator between me and the other side on the phone.   Loved the staff, everyone there was very very nice, talkative and helpful. The location was good too, directly next to a metro station, but if you don't want to take a metro you are already on the street that takes you right to La Rambla. In a nut shell, it's very central to everything. I enjoyed my stay in this hostel very much. It is a quiet hostel thoug - I often stay in this hostel when passing through Barcelona on business. It's a really beautiful, clean hostel with crisp white sheets and duvets. The Spanish guy on reception was incredibly kind and helpful, even at 3.30 in the morning when I needed some water! This is a good hostel for a traveller or business person who wants a quiet bed for the night at a great price. It's not a party hostel so you can actually get some sleep here!
