  Staff were very helpful. It is certainly a quirky hotel with regard to its entrance and decor. The all day buffet is excellent and includes hot and cold snacks/meals aswell as wine, beer and soft drinks included in the room price.   The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. It was in an excellent location to the marina and also very easy to travel into city centre. The staff were very professional. We had our dinner in the hotel a couple of nights from room service and it was lovely and very reasonably priced. Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go.
